What are Ragdolls?
Ragdoll cats are an unusual breed of cats, and that is what makes them so special. They are one of the largest breeds of cats available, so there is a lot of them to love! And lovable is what Ragdolls are all about. They are different than most cats in the sense that they really love their owners and want to be with them. Our indoor/outdoor neutered male Ragdoll, Blue, loves to follow my husband around the yard while he's do his chores. Often when we step out of the shower, there's a Ragdoll lying on the floor as if to say "are you done, yet?" Their personalities are similar in so many ways, such as how they all seem to love to lie flat on their tummies with their fluffy legs and tails spread out behind them.
Our Ragdolls love our dogs. I'm still surprised by how every Ragdoll kitten is not intimidated by our big black standard poodle, who loves them, as well. They rub up against him and weave in and out of his long skinny legs. So cute! Since our first Ragdoll, Whitey, we knew that these cats were special. They are different than any other breed and offer a lifetime of love and affection for their owners. Their uniqueness is the reason we knew that breeding these wonderful companions will offer every new owner with a new best friend.
